Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay a deposit for an appointment?
We require a £10 non-refundable deposit for appointments as we'll be closing our store for you to have the floor to yourself and your guests. The £10 is redeemable against in-store purchases on the day.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
We’d encourage you to bring along appropriate shoes and undergarments - and perhaps even style your hair and make up - for your appointment so you can get a feel for what you’d look like for the event.
I need to reschedule by appointment, what should I do?
We appreciate that plans can change. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, we require 72 hours notice. If notice is given within 72 hours of the original appointment time, an additional non-refundable deposit will need to be paid to secure a new date.
